Customer service was great. The team collaborated while we figured out how to apply my Groupon discount. It was very hot out and I was offered to sit inside with air conditioning. I asked if water was an available and I was able to get two cups of purified drinking water. The technician came all the way inside to show me my new oil condition. The oil change I had earlier this morning was amazing! And I was able to get my cabin filter changed out at the same time without added time! Morgan is such a sweetheart!!! She is super friendly and made this overall experience an excellent one I am glad I was able to meet her everyone go show love to Morgan and the rest of the team!!!
Horrible experience! Few days after I left my engine light came on. I took it to the dealership and they told me that whoever changed my oil put a new o-ring on and did not remove the old o-ring. They incorrectly removed the oil housing, which cracked it and the oil was leaking onto the rest of the engine.
Was told we will be right with you. 3 people gathered around 1 car. 2 guys sitting on side of building. I asked is it gonna be much longer or do I need to go somewhere else...employee hollered at me..YOU IN HURRY? Well? I went down the street to auto brite...quick in..quick out. I cant do business where an employee thinks its ok to holler at people
