Survey Comment: The team needs to pay more attention in their quality of work. 1. Last year I had my air filter changed and drove not even 15 miles and my service engine light came on. Went back and the service tech failed to tighten the screws on the case. It was corrected. 2. Next visit, had my cabin air filter changed. Nice talking, polite employees
This is practically the only place that I will go to get my oil changed. The guys that work there or very kind and personable, they tell you what's wrong before doing anything and they are honest about what your car needs versus upselling. My favorite mechanic there is a fellow named Zinan. During my most recent visit they were down a mechanic so things were moving slowly but he wasn't overwhelmed, him and Joe were working as a team and no one person was tied to one car. As they say, teamwork makes the dream work.
