The website said 0-10min wait. And it would take about 15min for my oil to be changed. When I called in they refused to confirm their wait time (1st red flag). When I pulled into the line, there was already a car being serviced. It was close to half an hour for that car to be done. When I was next in line, I saw that the service staff was doing a lot more than an oil change.
