From the very beginning it was an excellent experience. You could tell a couple of the guys were training, but listening to the manager explain different parts of the job to them and the interaction was nothing short of impressive. It sounds like you have an excellent team at this location with an outstanding manager. I feel the whole team needs recognized as well as a special recognition to the manager. You can tell he runs a great shop and has a great relationship with his employees.
Craig and Tim were great. Efficient, thorough, and were straightforward.
