Usually when I go to valvoline it’s a nice experience but today I went to get my oil changed and that’s about what they did, however that’s all they did. It says they check my tire pressure, I never even saw anyone touch my tires. Says they added windshield washer fluid but it really seemed like that didn’t happen, before the guy showed me my oil level after it was done he pulled the dipstick out and held it upright so that the oil showed a higher level. Could not have been any quicker!
Amere is the best one there. I took my daughter's car last week and they were fast. They replaced the filter in my engine and one in the glove box that we didn't even know about. He was very courteous and informative. We'll be coming back for sure.
I had been coming in for awhile but I thought 🤔 what is going on the last 2 times I went in they never changed my oil filter they left it on cause they couldn't get it off so they just drained the oil then put in new oil 🪔 so I got jipped out of a new oil filter cause the couldn't take it off from underneath the truck so then they charged me for it anyway and the bill was higher and it normally was I said no no that's not happening so and they lowered it a little bit because they couldn't get the filter off and I needed wi... read more
