The location on Ireland road in south bend IN changed my oil and caused damage to the vehicle. After taking ownership of damage and stating that they put my air filter in wrong, they refused to repair the damages that were caused to my sensor. The Assistant Manager Tony shared that they watched the video and agreed that they did in fact put the air filter in backwards and cause damage to my vehicle. Usually when I go to valvoline it’s a nice experience but today I went to get my oil changed and that’s about what they did, however that’s all they did. It says they check my tire pressure, I never even saw anyone touch my tires. Says they added windshield washer fluid but it really seemed like that didn’t happen, before the guy showed me my oil level after it was done he pulled the dipstick out and held it upright so that the oil showed a higher level.
