it’s an oil change!! There’s one employee that goes above and beyond but to the rest it’s just a job and they’re snobs! I get my oil changed at 5k So my five stars go to a single employee! The rest at this location are garbage
Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this location. Had an oil change then found a puddle of oil on the floor of my garage the next morning. They told me they would send someone to check it. No One ever came! Got no assistance form the corporate number that all call are routed to. They could not get the store to answer the phone!! If you value your car STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
08/07/2025 had an oil change at this location. I then went directly home and parked my truck in my garage. The next morning I drove to work and did not see the puddle of oil on the floor under my truck. My husband called me to tell me about the puddle of oil on the floor. My 2022 F150 Raptor has never leaked oil! I called and was told they would send someone to my work location to check the truck. Nobody showed. Ur employees fixed the heat shield for Free and I couldn't be any happier also they were the only ones to check the air filter in the glove box...
