Maurice was knowledgable and extremely efficient with getting me back on the road & understanding future needs for my vehicle. Rarely am I trusting of mechanics, but I felt in good hands here! I wasn’t pressured into any add on’s & was treated kindly & fairly. I also had a clear view of everything going on with my vehicle, and that’s important to me. Thanks again to you & your team for going above and beyond, you guys definitely earned a returning customer.
Very disappointed with this location. I went in today to have my battery replaced thinking it was going to be a simple replacement. I was there almost 2 hours. As soon as I left the shop all my sensors light turned on, minutes later my steering wheel locked in creating a dangerous situation. I then had to have my car towed back to Valvoline to see if they were able to fix my problem. But they told me it was nothing they could do as the battery was running ok.
