So yesterday I had the BEST EXPERIENCE I ever had getting my oil changed! The employees at this location are professional, courteous and friendly. They truly went above and beyond ! Special shout out to Travis- thank you for all of your help yesterday! Will now use this business as my "go to" for car maintenance!
Survey Comment: Every time I go to get my oil change at this location it’s always new crew. It’s always new experience. This time they didn’t bother to check my lights. The crew did not check my fluids to see if they had been filled, something I always thanked the other team for doing. All the time the teams before drain all oil into the colander container and this time I didn’t see it happen so makes me wonder if the oil change was done correctly.
