Went to Valvoline today, To ert and John were very helpful. They provided fast and friendly service and made sure we were taken care of. We will be back.
I had went to get an oil change very recently, and when I had left the property everything was fine It wasn’t until the next morning I started having issues. I ended up having to replace my starter and battery(they checked they said it was great) but when I had talked about my experience someone had the exact same experience!!! Where the bolt around the starter was loose ? The last time I went with Chris it was great ! There were 2 gentlemen who were excellent last night when I got my whole change and they, we're very helpful. He even drove my wife's car out of the bay
I got to say that I have never been to a Valvoline instant oil like this one. The customer service the questions, the presentation all around. Great service! Chris and his team did an amazing job. Never thought I would say that at an oil change place. Thank y'all are doing great work
