I'm giving 2 stars because I have had good experiences with their oil change services and a few other services such as coolant flush. However, I recently came in for a freon recharge for my AC system on my 2003 Lincoln Town car with only 60k miles on it. Everything was fine until shortly after my car started making a horrendous metallic grinding/vibrating noise when engaging the AC. Oil change
I’m really frustrated. I called at 3:45 pm to plan ahead since I’d be done at Discount Tire around 4:45. The woman told me they only take walk-ins and that I had until 6 pm to come in for a state inspection, because they close at 7. I drove all the way over there, only for a man to tell me the inspector had already left for the day. What a waste of time!
Chris was very helpful. The guys here always do a great job. I don’t go anywhere else to get my oil changed
