The customer service is always pleasant when I visit. This time they found a nail in my tire during my tire rotation and told me where to go to get it repaired. I appreciated their professionalism and directness about my needs during my visit.
Came in to have my tires checked out and was grateful for the above and beyond service. Jack's a good guy to talk to out there.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've been to this location for either an oil change or an inspection. I will be going back this weekend for a radiator flush and transmission flush (not sure of the exact terminology). They're always friendly and the service is quick. I really like the team there. Chris was really great and I like he reset my oil change information in the car (I had one at another oil change place (not Valvoline), not reset it. Just offered to show me how).
