I have been using this location for my oil change for years! I was to go on trip to the twin cities and had my oil changed. They did a quick job and sent me on my way. As i caem near Worthing MN my jeep shakes and I se the engine warning lite go off. I am able to pull off to a close exit . I called the wrong shop but realyed a message my vehicle was not working. They were able to get this ,message to Jordan, Carlos, and Jace, they are managers at the tenth street valvoline. They sent out tow managers to check my vehicle out!... read more
I sometimes cannot believe the lack of any customer service standards but this location just blew me away. I have been there in the past and when I came in to get the oil changed on my 2021 Chevy Trail Boss I had a simple request. That request was when they rotated my tires that they wrap the lug socket in a wrap of electrical tape (which I said I would bring from home). While every business strives for perfection, mistakes happen. It is how you respond when these things happen. The management at this location should be commended and praised. They were absolutely amazing. I had my oil changed June 18th. When that was completed, I drove home. The next morning, on my way to work, the skirt / skid plate under the engine dropped. Took my car in for a standard oil change. I know they are extremely expensive (twice the amount as other places 97.00 for a synthetic oil change.) After trying to upset me everything under the sun I left spending over 200.00. Literally 10 minutes down the road my oil light came on and my engine quickly banged to a stop. Stranded on the side of the road with a blown motor, I had my car towed to a mechanic who drained 12 quarts of oil from my engine! These guys are the most honest and experienced people around. I highly recommend them, very trustworthy. Matt is the service center manager who is very knowledgeable and helpful.
