I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a very distressing experience my children and I had after an oil change at your location on November 4. I’ve been going to this location since they opened and have never had an issue. Today I had to ask them to check my lights and check my tire pressure. These two steps are supposed to be part of the process. These guys are slipping. Beware.
They were quick with the service but made jokes about how much oil was in my engine, which caused some concern for me. I’m glad they provided other options for purchase though!
