No supervisor about 6 young people and three of them was arguing about who's time to do what while the one under car was asking for help.I asked for my fluids to be checked they didn't do that and if low top them off.

Came in yesterday for an oil change. Got on the rd traveling north on 71. My work truck throws a service wrench light up and will not accelerate. Got to a dealership in mansfield, and turns out my truck was throwing an eco-boost warning up because they put in my air filter backwards.....was sucking so hard it destroyed the air filter. Nice crew, polite, quick, but obviously not paying attention to details.
