The customer service was excellent, and the thoroughness with which they handled my oil change was truly top tier. Also, Kylan and Ty were great!
6/6/25 @7:30 a.m. First off, they opened promptly . Kylan is a breath of fresh air. I've never had Valvoline check my cabin air filter,check my battery, my tire pressure and engine bay oil filter in the same visit like he did today. I have no doubt the young man he's training today (shout out to Ross) will be great. This will be my go to oil change service center. The people may change but the customer service shouldn't and I hope Kylans influence remains . Special mention to "Ty the oil guy".
