The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. She was at my window and extremely pleasant the entire time. She showed me videos of optional services but never pressured me to have any work done. Her presentation was very informative. She helped me when I didn’t know how to find current mileage, change my lights, etc. In fact, I was so engaged with her that I almost did not realize the technicians were busy working under the hood!
