Took my car in for an oil change before going on a road trip. During my drive I heard a sound coming from underneath my car. I got off to check where the sound was coming from and I noticed the bottom plastic was completely hanging. I was stuck in the desert, no phone service with only my children. I had to drive 40 minutes to the closest tire shop for them to confirm the bottom plastic was never screwed back on after the oil change. Worst service ever. Had to pay for it to be screwed back on so I could continue my road trip... read more
