Took my car in for an oil change before going on a road trip. During my drive I heard a sound coming from underneath my car. I got off to check where the sound was coming from and I noticed the bottom plastic was completely hanging. I was stuck in the desert, no phone service with only my children. I had to drive 40 minutes to the closest tire shop for them to confirm the bottom plastic was never screwed back on after the oil change. Worst service ever. Had to pay for it to be screwed back on so I could continue my road trip... read more
Went for emission test! Fast and friendly service!! Will definitely recommend them for oil change and any of their services!!
Every time I come to the Valvoline on dyer they treat me very well, as well as my vehicle. Always suggest what my car needs when needed and never make me feel pressured. Came in from out of town to visit and to also just get an oil change here. J.O and Jorge helped a ton.
