Was In-N-Out only about a 15 minute wait per car. Great staff explained everything and explained price. Very pleased with our oil change today

Had a bad experience at this location. The staff was generally new and figuring things out. That’s cool, but one dude wouldn’t let me leave without pressuring me to provide drivers license, email and phone number. He stated that I was unable to check out without providing and I had to tell him three times that I wouldn’t be doing that.
