Of all the Valvoline locations I have been to, this one by far is the best. Staff is amazingly kind and skilled.
Been going to Valv for a number of years. Fast and friendly service. No upsell at all, however they do mention recommended service on vehicle. But NO UPSELL!
Management rotates between locations frequently. But all of the managers I have met have provided excellent service. If you’re a car guy like me, you know what everyone is doing and talking about. But if your inexperienced, they’ll happily explain anything.
I was just in a good mood and very agreeable and received some discounts for it too. Though they said the rotated my tires, but I didn't see them do it, and I don't know how I could have missed it. lol
