1/31 I took my suv in for an oil change and requested they also fill my tires. Afterwards I drove immediately to pataskala (mobile groomer), once my car came to its first complete stop it lost acceleration and my car needed pushed out of the road, this caused about 3 near miss accidents due to my car stopping with no breaks being pressed. Valvoline as a company and specifically at this location will no longer get my business anymore. I have typically had a decent customer experience when using this Valvoline in recent visits. This time.... This time I was not impressed... Listening to the workers speak about certain areas of cars around me made a tad nervous for their services.
