Isaiah was super awesome and did a fantastic job! Everyone was super friendly and professional.
Work truck oil change. Forgot to air the tires, didnt fill the oil all ghe way showed the dipstick and was low the the young kid says it's in the safe zone. Halfway on the zone. Never even showed me the air filter and ask do you want a replacement at least show the air filter and pull it out like vavoline requires you to. Please do you job complete and stop cutting corners. Great service, explained things well, suggestions, and appreciated the efficiency. Connor and Someone else. I forgot but the whole team was helpful and provided great recommendations for Synthetic without pressure. So glad I discovered Valvoline.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained the items they checked on my vehicle and advised me of items I might want to have changed. (Filters, light bulbs, wipers) No hard pressure selling. The oil change was done quickly and I was off with a smile and wave from the employees.
