I go to this Valvoline whenever I can. Very friendly staff. They always get me in and out within a reasonable time. Thank you
I usually dont leave negative reviews, but at this point i have to. Had an oil change done recently. They never drained the old oil and double filled my engine. I broke down a mile up the road. Limped it back and I had them drain it. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection to make sure no obvious damage was done. It cost me almost $300. I understand people make mistakes. I was hoping valvoline would be decent enough to reimbuse me the cost of the inspection. They won't even respond to my email. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Made it as easy as possible on these kids to get my oil changed. Told them to do oil, tires, and washer fluid only. One of those things got done. Workers barely even acknowledged I was there
The service here is always great. Today a guy named Miguel was the one who helped me. Everything from his customer service to the quickness of the oil change was 10/10. Won’t go anywhere else.
