When it comes to customer service the employees are top-notch. They engage with customers rather than just being merely perfunctory. I really appreciate that about the staff there!
Just don't want anyone else to experience this. Stripped all air filter cover bolts. Set it back on top, closed my hood and sent me on my way without a word. Pulled over less than mile down road because I could hear it rattling around. Went back and they said since they don't remember if it was damaged before or not that there's nothing to be done, but I changed plugs and wires 3 days before and it was not broken. At least the manager gave me a single bolt to hold it until I got home. People don't want to pay $90 for an oil ... read more

I usually dont leave negative reviews, but at this point i have to. Had an oil change done recently. They never drained the old oil and double filled my engine. I broke down a mile up the road. Limped it back and I had them drain it. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection to make sure no obvious damage was done. It cost me almost $300. I understand people make mistakes. I was hoping valvoline would be decent enough to reimbuse me the cost of the inspection. They won't even respond to my email. Wish I could give 0 stars.
