Long wait for an oil change on a super hot day with no air flow in the bay. Air pressures were not set and washer fluid was not topped off. Oil change tech left oil prints on the hood of my car and did not clean of under the car which left an oil spot in my drive way. I did call the manager and he had me bring it back in to set air pressures and top off washer fluid and clean up oil mess also offered a refund for oil change but that never happened. Team members communicated effectively with me and internally to ensure that the car was serviced appropriately and all necessary checks were completed during the standard evaluation process.
