This was my first time there and Charlie took care of me. Charlie is amazing! I watched Charlie work so hard and was so professional. I thought she was the manager of the place because I watched as she helped everyone in there (all the workers and other guests) and was so professional and nice about the way she did everything. AMAZING! I literally left smiling! I went 8/26 around 1:30pm, I had a bad experience with my last oil change place and this place gave me hope and definitely will be my official oil change place. They told me everything about my car and that it needed, There was a lady who helped us forgot her name but she was very intelligent even gave my daughter a coloring book. Thank you guys!
Exceptional experience at every Valvoline I've been to. Please do not deter from this. Only reason I keep coming back. Transparency and excellent customer service.
