During oil change in the shop on my Honda CR-V 10/04 was lost engine air filter housing screw, I called to customer service 30 minutes later about this problem(confirmation # CS 2448741) to fix a problem, but for now NO RESPONSE. Team with low responsibilities, DON'T RECOMMEND.
