For safety be sure to reclose your own hood after getting an oil change. I didn’t, had gotten the oil change and less than 2hrs later my hood flies open while I’m driving and now my car is in the shop and of course Valvoline isn’t finding themselves at fault. Hard to believe it wasn’t fault of hood not being closed all the way by the tech when the oil change was had such a short time before the incident. I have no reason to be under the hood so no reason I would have opened it following the oil change. Yall need to do better... read more
The staff was mega friendly and have exceptional knowledge of what’s needed to get your car back on the road I would definitely recommend this place to everyone they made me feel like family
Great customer service at decent prices.
This is a difficult review. The service was great, good atmosphere. I have a few (unintentional) issues to remedy, after which this review will be edited accordingly. UPDATE: Issues never dealt with. I've called, emailed the franchise and the company many times. I stated that I just want the broken car parts fixed & refund what I was overcharged. I still have not been contacted to schedule a solution. I will submit the fix it bill for reimbursement, let's see how that goes. Then I'll update again.
