Fast service, but too expensive just for an oil change
I’ve been to the Valvoline on Franklin Road in Roanoke countless times and always had a 5-star experience. That’s why this visit was such a shock. The attendant guiding cars in greeted me with attitude right from the start, and when I tried to address it, the manager was just as dismissive and difficult.
