Great quick and friendly service. Shout out to Shay!
They broke my car. They cross threaded my oil plug then torqued it on which ruined my oil pan and they couldn’t put the plug back in. They had to put a pan saver plug in it for me to be able to drive away. Then they never started the claim, I had to call customer service to have the claim started. Ridiculous and not happy. My car needs fixed
Salesman was fast talking and I felt rushed into the service. I asked about oil type and if using me own oil filter would save me $. Turnes out they didnt have my oil weight of 5w40 like asked about. I was made to think I'd be charged less for having my own filter, I was charged full price. The oil change reminder light wasnt reset. At home when my son got in the car to reset the light he checked the oil level and it was 1.5qts low. We are 30 min away so I wasnt driving it back to shop that low on oil to have them top it off... read more
My first time getting our car serviced at Valvoline! I was so amazed by the excellent customer service and education provided at this Roanoke site. From the start to the finish, I was kindly directed what to do and they explained each step. There were so many employees around working on my car. Shoutout to everyone there, especially to Danisha and Shay who made this a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for making me feel special and teaching me!
