My first time getting our car serviced at Valvoline! I was so amazed by the excellent customer service and education provided at this Roanoke site. From the start to the finish, I was kindly directed what to do and they explained each step. There were so many employees around working on my car. Shoutout to everyone there, especially to Danisha and Shay who made this a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for making me feel special and teaching me!
The location i went to was understaffed for the day, but they took care of me fairly quick. They were courteous and kind. Will go back for an oil change.

From first point of contact to leaving was absolutely pleasant! Swiftly had my car took care of with an oil change and transmission flush. All of the staff especially the manager was incredibly polite and knowledgeable! This was the epitome of customer service! There was a 3 weeks wait to get my oil changed at my Dealer so I searched local merchants based on reviews. I had a bad experience years ago at Jiffy Lube and decided to try a different brand. The people at Valvoline we very polite, helpful, quick and did not try to push any products I did not need.
