The staff at this location were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They were quick to the job - and did so correctly. Even went as far as to get my tire pressure exactly to the requested PSI. I drove out of my way (from Orange County) for this Valvoline, and I'll be a returning customer.
Took a family member's vehicle in for an oil change. The team that changed the oil was fast and friendly. They did not push extra service just offered recommendations.
IM IMPRESSED ! Above expectations! Did oil change and couple other things for my teenagers cars on Sunday . My called me at work today saying has been acting since I did the oil change on Sunday . I called because I was super worry . They sent a mechanic to my house super quick to double check if my kids car was ok & fix the issue. I’m truly thankful & I will let the World know about what you guys did . Pretty amazing . THANK YOU !!
We were traveling from Riverside to Encinitas and the oil light came on right before reaching our destination. There was an hour to wait before check in at our hotel so we decided to get the oil changed. It was very busy, but we were still seen quickly, EVERYONE was friendly, fast and efficient. We had our kids with us in the back and the oil change was so quick that they didn't even have time to complain about it being boring.
Professional, knowledgeable team that answers questions well and do a great job.
