Despite it being very busy the day I arrived, the staff was well organized and served customers in order and pretty efficiently. It was a warm day and the staff was working well together as a team.

Above and beyond with the customer service. Polite, attentive. Had to write because I’m not used to being treated this way nowadays. Money well spent.
Kudos to Encinitas Valvoline Oil Change service for their 5 star service. Always impressed by their efficiency and customer service. Went in today for a battery replacement because yesterday AAA couldn’t get the old battery (quite corroded honestly) out. Manager Earl put a lot of effort into getting that old battery out, I think he used / tried every tool in the toolbox to finally get it out. Very appreciative of his efforts as well as Tech Damien’s help and service. Always go to these folks.
