We were traveling from Riverside to Encinitas and the oil light came on right before reaching our destination. There was an hour to wait before check in at our hotel so we decided to get the oil changed. It was very busy, but we were still seen quickly, EVERYONE was friendly, fast and efficient. We had our kids with us in the back and the oil change was so quick that they didn't even have time to complain about it being boring.

There is a very good reason this shop is rated higher than the Valvoline down the street.😊 I've been a Valvoline customer for years & I've been to shops all over So Cal & Las Vegas, with 3 different vehicles. I read reviews before I choose a shop to patronize. The service I received was fantastic, the team members were friendly, helpful & fast. Everything was explained before & during the process. The drive in situation was not ideal (congested) & if I hadn't read the reviews, I would have left. But I'm glad I stayed.
Service was very quick, friendly, and transparent. Prices are probably 10% more than other auto shops, but the timeliness and ease of service is worth it.
