I visited on 7/10/25 for the second time after having a good experience the first time, plus I received a coupon offer. That said, I purchased services for the oil change on my truck. After paying I remembered that I had a coupon. I asked for the service attendant (Addison-I believe) to apply the coupon. He said it was too late, and he could not apply the coupon. I've gone here 3 times prior to my last visit without issue. On my recent visit I informed them that i had a 3.5 Ecoboost (same as the last 3 times) engine and that oil extraction would not work (they would have to actually pull the drain plug). I was assured it was no problem. They then proceeded to use the extractor anyways (extraction will only get 4 out of 6 quarts because it can't reach the bottom of the oil pan).
