I've gone here 3 times prior to my last visit without issue. On my recent visit I informed them that i had a 3.5 Ecoboost (same as the last 3 times) engine and that oil extraction would not work (they would have to actually pull the drain plug). I was assured it was no problem. They then proceeded to use the extractor anyways (extraction will only get 4 out of 6 quarts because it can't reach the bottom of the oil pan). Conveniently didn't have the oil I needed to do an oil change.... had to go to another store or go buy the oil myself. Staff was nice
