Their overall knowledge and their recommendations on which oil was the best for my vehicle and why. Their customer service was top notch, with their friendliness and sense of urgency.
Took my '94 Toyota 4x4 in for a oil change which was done quickly. The tech shared factory recommendations and you just choose the ones that work for you. I left the facility and drove only a few miles down the road when my belts broke & shredded. I turned around and went back to the Valvoline facility and spoke to Brian (manager) and he offered to replace the belts and to do whatever he needs to do to make me a satisfied customer. I took my wife's car for an inspection and a technician told me to leave the registration on the dashboard. There were no other vehicles to be inspected ahead of me so I went in the waiting area. After 20 or more minutes I looked to see how everything was coming along and the car hadn't moved. I decided to find somewhere else to go.
Very professional! Everyone is always friendly and respectful making sure a thorough job is done. I appreciate that there is no pressure for any services, but they take time to explain what they are and what that might mean for my vehicle. The guys are great & now my nieces get their oil changes done at Valvoline!
