Excellent visit on this date. I actually was able to get my oil changed last minute AND while my daughter and I stayed in the vehicle. I was able to use my coupon and pay cash all while in my vehicle. Staff were all super professional. Car drove better when I left and I got a free car wash with my oil change. I highly recommend.
Their overall knowledge and their recommendations on which oil was the best for my vehicle and why. Their customer service was top notch, with their friendliness and sense of urgency.
Took my '94 Toyota 4x4 in for a oil change which was done quickly. The tech shared factory recommendations and you just choose the ones that work for you. I left the facility and drove only a few miles down the road when my belts broke & shredded. I turned around and went back to the Valvoline facility and spoke to Brian (manager) and he offered to replace the belts and to do whatever he needs to do to make me a satisfied customer.
