This location was very busy and the crew while friendly were rushing and did not place the air filter back properly. After servicing my car here, I noticed a weird sound when accelerating and took it in to a mechanic to see what was wrong. $125 later it was just that, a part that was not placed back properly. I will ask them to not check my air filter in the future.
Tyler the CSR is absolutely amazing! i was not having the best day, but he was nice boost to my day. Phenomenal service when explaining everything, and suggesting options without pressure as most places like this do. Just a very personable man. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE.
I’ve always been pleased with the service, care and value I receive at the Bentonville AR location. I’m a Valvoline long time consumer and it’s great to come to a place I trust.
