Would not replace my missing headlight because they said it was too difficult to access. Was told they were out of windshield fluid so could not top mine off.
This was my first Valvoline experience and it did not disappoint. I was immediately greeted in the parking lot upon arrival for an inspection. Stuart and the crew were all very friendly and efficient. I plan on bringing my car back for an oil change. Highly recommend!
A manager introduces himself immediately to let you know exactly what to expect during the visit which was nice, especially when there's a line of cars in front of you. I appreciated the constant communication. It's well organized, and the staff really seem like they want the customers to have a good experience.
