The technicians were friendly, communicative, and the service was fast. The manager, Devon, introduced himself. I liked that there was no wait and I didn't have to exit my car.
They took the time to go through my printed service and maintenance records from the dealership to help make their records more complete. They then advised on what I needed to have done on my vehicle. They were extremely nice, patient, and efficient! I was done in 15 minutes with three services and never had to leave my car. Thank you!
Devin and Kanyon were very professional and explained everything to me before they did it. It wasn’t in a patronizing, condescending way, but rather in a thoughtful, professional manner. 5 stars!
The General Manager was very friendly, respectful and helpful from the minute I entered till the minute I left. He also went the extra mile to explain what each next step was going to be during the process.
