Solid Service, competitve pricing, and I really like the staff. They gave options that made sense. The battery was cheaper than buying it from walmart comparable to sams club in terms of pricing. The oil change was great. Little hidden gem for routine maintenance.
Dax and Tommy were both amazing to work with at the Cedar Hills, Utah VIOC. They were friendly and courteous and did not try to overly upsell. They also took care of our son's vehicle and remembered him when he drove up.
I love their fast, friendly service. I also like that I don’t even have to get out of my car.
Valvoline is the place to go! Especially the Cedar Hills location. I’ve always wanted to be better at car maintenance and they make it so easy! They communicate clearly about what they are working on, what can be fixed and about the costs. I never feel pressured and they always have a good coupon you can use! When the emissions machine was having issues and the service took a bit long, I was with my two babies at the time, they covered the cost of the service for me because of the extra wait!
