I love this valvoline! They are always so helpful and kind. Today they really went above and beyond helping me with issues I was having with my car!
This is one of the worst experiences I had in oil change, so many mistakes that I don't know where to start, these people didn't take their job seriously, all they were doing was playing and joking with each other and when it was the time to do the oil change they spilled all over the entire engine and did not even clean, the fluids were never topped off like they said they were going to do, the tires pressure were never checked and on top of that they didnt even put the oil change sticker on it, we have to pull up in the pa... read more
