Two times here - oil pan bolt completely stripped and in so tight I had to buy an extractor set to get it out when I changed the oil myself. Not stripped last time I changed it myself.
Essa answered all of my questions and helped me prioritize my maintenance according to my budget. I felt very happy with the service he and his teammates provided. I will make this my “home” oil change destination,
