I always have a terrific experience when I go for either an oil change or an inspection… Everyone is super friendly, courteous and accommodating. They work fast and efficiently as well!
The store manager Vonchae was very helpful and quick. I appreciated him letting me know what was going on with my car without pressuring me to make any additional purchases or decisions. I dropped by on my way to class and ended up being 5 minutes early. Perfect and efficient. Thank you so much!!
Fast service and helpful staff.
We've used this location several times for oil changes and I recommend them for that. Today though we had a piece of trim on the chassis of the car under the passenger side door that was loose. We brought the car in and Von got us right into one of the bays to look at it. He removed it for us so it wouldn't come off while we were driving and perhaps cause damage. We really appreciate their courtesy and concern here.
