I went to Valvoline in Lenoir,N.C.this morning for a oil change and filter .I am a Vietnam veteran.I told him I had a 25.00 off coupon.He said since I was a Veteran I could get more off price .He said he could put the 10% off on the price multiple times.When I got Bill was only $9.30 off bill.I told him you Lied to me He said I am sorry .I said Sorry didn't save me what I could have got with my coupon Will never go there again.
This man said that he was up for mgt.He changed my oil and sold me a air filter said it cost 52.00$.but he would let me have it for 24.00$ when I got back to the house i had been charged 52.00$.Not happy about that.
Great customer service, and fast service
The CSR, Thomas, was very sincere and knowledgeable. He made me feel like a valued customer, and his personal skills made the garage feel more like I was doing business with a “friend” instead of just another “customer”. His teammates Jeremy (topside) and Logan (bottom side) were exceptional as well. Great experience, for sure!
