This location in Lenoir is new and I usually go farther up the road to Strickland Brothers....NOT ANYMORE! I am moving my business to VALVOLINE! Drake helped me with a vehicle inspection, and I don't think I had to wait even 10 minutes and he was done! All those guys are so courteous and made me feel really appreciated as a client. I am quite impressed! Thank you, Drake! :)
I wont be returning here for future services. Some of the staff is nice and some are not friendly and don't communicate.
