I would have put zero stars if there was a lower rating. Got my oil changed and started noticing oil spots everywhere my vehicle sat my driveway was covered in oil spots. I thought what is going on my Cadillac Escalade has never used oil between oil changes. Next my motor was making all kinds of mechanical noise checked the oil and there wasn't any in it.Crawled underneath my Escalade and checked my oil filter it was so loose it was almost ready to fall off oil leaking everywhere tightened it up no more oil leaks INSTANT OIL... read more
Great service, nice, fast, and didn't try to get me to replace anything that didn't need it. Will return again!!
The staff is great; Logen helped me at the window and was very nice. My issue is the price. I brought my own oil, as you don't carry Valvoline Restore and Protect oil. I used to pay less than $ 40 when I brought my own oil. Now you charge $52.99 when you bring your own oil. You can get the oil changed with their oil for $50.99. How can you charge more when I bring my own oil? I am not even using your stock. Plus, I had to reset my own oil light, which is something you should teach your people to do.
