I am out of town working here locally. By far the best service I have ever had from any Valvoline ever. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Showed me last service, (where ever it was at), really did a disservice. They rotated my work truck tires and Amanda showed me where the last service center, who ever it was, cross threaded all studs/nuts on one rim and several others on the rest of the rims. GREAT EXPERIENCE, everyone was quick and very helpful.
Rick was the gentleman helping with service, he was super knowledgeable, incredibly professional, and kind. Even though I declined the purchase - he was able to show me how to access my cabin air filter, which after 10 years of ownership of the vehicle I have never been able to do. I left feeling good about the service and will gladly come back to the New Albany location any time. I was in and out in 20 minutes!
