rick, mauricio, and the worker down below did a wonderful job and provided me great care and great service
I was about to leave because the wait was longer than I expected. However, once we got in the garage, we were greeted by Rick that saved the experience. He was super nice and friendly. The actual service is a 5. The 4 rating was just because of the initial wait time.
