Great group of technicians at the New Albany location, they really pay attention to detail and are great with customer service.
I am out of town working here locally. By far the best service I have ever had from any Valvoline ever. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Showed me last service, (where ever it was at), really did a disservice. They rotated my work truck tires and Amanda showed me where the last service center, who ever it was, cross threaded all studs/nuts on one rim and several others on the rest of the rims.
