This is the friendliest, most efficient oil change I’ve ever gotten. Corey accommodated me even though they were closing, was very friendly, performed the oil change quickly, and made sure I was aware of everything about my car and about what Valvoline offers. I don’t live in New Albany but will drive here just to get my oil changed here.
The service was professionally and safely delivered. They looked at a comprehensive list of maintenance items and let me know the status of each. Amanda runs a great branch for Valvoline.

I was on my way to NewAlbany for my son’s lacrosse tournament when the “transmission over heating” light in my dash came on. It was very concerning, particularly since I had to get back home to Cincinnati with my kids in the car that evening. Blake, Shawn, Hari and Aaron were great! They gave my car a thorough inspection and set my mind at ease that it was likely safe to drive home, but to keep my speed regulated. Ricky was wonderful. Everyone was professional and courteous. Others came by to help. It was a nice atmosphere to be in. I appreciated that my request that no extra things be pushed on me. I did receive a comprehensive list of what I should take care of immediately. I told them I had my own mechanic.
