We use these guys to maintain our fleet and let me tell you how outstanding the customer service is. I have a positive experience everytime. Each gentleman in this place is kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and remembers even the smallest detail including faces that come in and out. Best service team I have ever interacted with by a billion. Will continue to use for the business and personal use!
I stopped in to see if they could replace my rear brake bulb. For the life of me I couldn't get the light assembly to slide off so that I could replace the bulb. Jariel to the rescue! In about 5 minutes he was able to do what I struggled with for 45. Thank you so much. I can see why your reviews are so stellar and this Valvoline will be our go to station from today forward!
This place has the best employees. They are fast, courteous, polite, and thorough with their job duties. We will definately be going back for our oil change.
The men were so kind, they did a great job explaining what the plan was, how to reset my oil light, how to obtain coupons ( for next time). He also made reasonable recommendations without being pushy. Also, the technician was a true gentleman, he was quick, thorough and neat as a pin! Highly recommend!
Everything was perfect from start to finish. Patrick was kind and friendly and explained everything that they were doing in detail and it was awsome. The 4 boys work in unison extremely well. They knew what they were doing, they got the job done, and I was super happy when I left. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes shout out to Nick, Darren, and Jaden. What a well- oiled machine at the Valvoline on Carolina Forest Boulevard!!! Ten out of ten!
