Dude literally started complaining soon as we pulled in then said that he couldn’t do it after he had us reset our mileage that it would be too hard to do .. not take 5 they got us taken care of smh worst experience ever ..
This was an out of town location for me as I was on vacation. This location had the best customer service I have experienced at a Valvoline Cnter. The staff was polite, efficient, and great to interact with.
The people there were very professional I was in and out in no time, and it was very affordable
I usually go to Jiffy Lube for my business vehicle service but decided to give Valvoline a shot this time. WOW! I am blown away at the service. 5-stars all around! The gentleman who did my service (a younger, late 20’s African American male at the Carolina Forest Myrtle Beach location) was SO IMPRESSIVE. He was calm, yet knowledgeable. He even tried to save me money by showing me my filters could go another oil change. Highly recommend
