I went here for the first time today and Shelby did a fantastic job of explaining things, as well as helping me understand and not feel anxious about the things I didn’t know about. Not to mention he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. I will definitely be a returning customer thanks to this experience and the help that I received!
I have never been to a valvoline before, I always just went to same place and never really gave it much thought. My friends and family suggested this place in town and the people working there were very patient with me and were just awesome. The price is a little extra than where I was going but the speed, the people and the service will make me more than happy to pay it and come here the next time. This is a really nice place!
Curtious and fast service
Incredibly slow service with incorrectly installed or missing hardware. They took around 45 minutes, most of which was spent fumbling with reinstalling my skid plate. This might be forgivable, because it is a pain... However, as I got under the car today to do my own oil change, I found that the skid plate was not engaged into the forward "catches", several of the retaining rivets had not been reinstalled, and one of the two rear retaining clips was missing.
