They did a good job. Lots of upsetting going on. Would have been more open to buying with price breaks.

Thank-you Valvoline! I was able to get my oil changed and have my oil and cabin filters replaced just in time to leave for the weekend. Callie was focused and on top of her job as she began her checklist of information needed and verification of the oil type used in my car. As she moved about she was delightful in her attitude and spot on for attention to detail including resetting my computer information. I’ll use this Valvoline for my next change of oil & filters and I recommend you give them a try too!
Brought the car in for an oil change. I specifically asked that my air filter and fluids NOT to be checked, toutched, or even looked at. When I opened the hood days later I found my air filter had been removed and not put back together properly, none of the latches that held the air intake box down were latched and one of 3 vacuum lines was not reconnected. I'm sure the staff is under pressure to preform and are pushed hard. My advise is to get your service done at a shop that does the job right. Thats more important than do... read more
