Came Sunday for a oil change. Wanted to give this location a try. The guy who checked me out was extremely rude. My window does not go down and the guy was opening and shutting my door very aggressively and without notice . Almost slammed my finger, I won’t be returning to this location. Customer service was extremely unpleasant, I believe his name was Matthew. Very sad experience. I always get the top oil and asked a question and dude attitude was nasty. I was the only car being serviced. Just sharing my recent experience
Dawn and Jamal was very helpful and knowledgeable , I appreciate the great service!! I will be back again and recommend anyone to come here to get they’re vehicle serviced! Thanks again guys!
