I was second in line at this location for 30 minutes with many employees walking around my vehicle. As soon as i get up for my oil to be changed i’m told they don’t have the oil needed for my vehicle. I asked why they didn’t let me know for the 30 minutes i waited in line and was told to go to another location. So unprofessional.
A lot of times out of the filters or oil that you’ll need doesn’t do tire rotations on trucks. Also seems like the staff second guess is themselves on a lot of things. Not always friendly either.
The assistant manager Dani was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Top notch customer care! I will be recommending this location because of her efforts and expertise!
Went in for a basic oil change. That was not at all what I got. I got the new oil, they just failed to drain the old oil out! The worst part, they didn’t even discover their own mistake!
Do not use this location… period. My parents went today to get an oil change. They has used them for their last oil change as well. Actually had used them for several years when they were a different Gatage. Well today they drained 7 quarts of oil out of their car. Should have been little over 3 quarts. Basically, the last time they had their oil changed there, they just put brand new oil in with their old oil. How did they make it right today?
