I always receive excellent service from the Willis location.
Always a great experience! The mechanics are very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much! I didn’t realize I came by so close to closing time as they close at 4:00pm on Sundays, my proof of insurance wasn’t loading on my phone and taking forever but he was still so patient with me and made light of the situation. My tech was Sean Shepherd.
Horrible experience. Took way too long! Shorted me Half quarter of oil. Manager (Brett) had an attitude just because I wanted my truck serviced properly. I Paid $ 37 extra for the oil. Never use this location again! They are a bunch of wannabes!
