I gave this satisfaction high score due to the quality of the service and staff. My only disconnect was regarding the mileage for my next oil change. I requested and advised a full synthetic oil change, which recommends the next oil change in 5k - 7k miles. I was booked for 3,000 miles for my next oil change. Hopefully, Dominic listened to me and actually serviced my oil change with fully synthetic oil, which is what my car takes. Other than that, great service! Fingers crossed!
