Excellent customer service
I’ve given this Valvoline location multiple chances despite previous issues with service, but after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. The store manager, Marcus, was unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. Without asking, he opened my car door a basic boundary that should never be crossed and then made inappropriate, unwanted comments toward me. Great place and good value
I went here for an oil change and two guys named Isaac and Mark helped us. They were so kind and had incredible customer service! I would highly recommend going here.
Fast and the technicians working were friendly, polite and in a good mood even though they were very busy.
