We have been there several times with all our cars and have always received friendly, prompt, professional service. This last time they noticed that there was coolant on a belt and realized there was some sort of coolant leak coming out of the water pump. We had no idea and were about to make a long drive. We would have been stranded or worse. I love that I sit in my car while they do it. I get to see all the safety checks they do and hear them do their end of change checklist.
