Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, especially Syd. I learned they could take the old oil from the top if the drain plug has issues, which mine does. Anyway, good work.
I came in fifteen minutes before closing, and the guys got it done literally within ten minutes. They were fast, friendly, and the guy who was doing the communicating with me answered additional questions I had about my brake pads without being condescending! I never dread an oil change since I started coming here.
Genuinely the best oil change experience I’ve had. The whole team was polite and respectful and efficient. You could tell they worked together well and the shop had a friendly atmosphere. I wish I caught my technicians name. He was fantastic. Explained everything well and was honest with no unnecessary pressure for anything I didn’t need. I get nervous going to any auto shop but this team made everything easy and quick and chill. I will definitely be back at my next oil change.

Please Don't Go To This Place. They did Oil Change and after that my car just die on road. Mechanic didn't Check the Coolant, didn't Fill Engine Oil enough. We went to dealership which says it cause by low oil and than blew up and cost us 2674$. But Valvoline is like a partner with all dealerships in UTAH. They refuse to give us details in written. And refuse our claim because Giants Support Giants. Please stay away from this Place. I hope I can give tham negative stars.
