Fast? Yes. Expensive when not necessary? Yes. Awkwardly directing you when you can't hear or understand what's going on? Yes. Professional? Mostly yes. Would come back if I was about to road trip and needed a very fast, emergency oil change.
‼️PSA do not take your vehicle to Valvoline on Faudree ‼️ My mom took her car for a quick oil change and came back home, after a few hours she noticed her car was leaking oil. She called to have it picked up by the tow truck (per valvoline) but it locked up on her unable to be towed. Valvoline workers came out the next day and saw my mom’s car was missing a gasket and used a wrong plug so they had “fixed” what was wrong.
