I went to Valvoline for a simple oil change and left with a damaged radiator hose. During the oil filter change, they clearly mishandled or disturbed the radiator hose of my Range Rover which caused coolant issues immediately after. This was NOT a pre-existing problem. When I brought the car back, instead of taking responsibility, everyone suddenly had amnesia. No accountability, no ownership, no solution.
