Shoutout to my guy Sam at Valvoline, this dude deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly his own parking spot. Sam was friendly, professional, he made getting an oil change feel like something other than a necessary chore. He knew his stuff and didn’t try to sell me a kidney along with the oil change. If you need your car serviced, ask for Sam. Great service, great attitude, and clearly the kind of guy who understands that a little personality goes a long way. Valvoline needs more Sams!
