Went here today for the first time and was welcomed and helped by service bay tech Bree. Bree was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Bree welcomed me to Valvoline as a new customer and explained the services offered keeping me informed during the process. In and out in 20 minutes faster than Jiffy Lube by 10 minutes. Ive been coming here years maybe 10 or more. Those years I’ve been taking two cars in this location. They always did a great Job, they tried giving great service. They make you feel they do take time to make sure they give the service they can offer. The routine of checking lights tire filter tire etc. but today omg my husband and I kinda frustrated because it ruins his day and kinda almost ruin my day.
