In and out
Philippe and Abigale overfilled my oil by 1/4 of a quart. The day following my oil change, my car sensor went off alerting me that it was overfilled. Thankfully I was able to have it taken out at another valvoline with competent staff. In addition to overfilling my car, while I was there, the staff (Abigale and Philippe) was completely incompetent, childish and horse playing.
