General Manager Josylyn Garcia calls trans people by derogatory names, then when confronted with her behavior says "its ok, because I'm a lesbian!" Weird flex I guess but thought my fellow LGBTQ+ people should know what kind of person she is.

I’ve been using Valvoline for a few years now (though a different location) and the reason I keep coming back is the mechanics/team are always incredibly personable but also honest and dependable. They are snake oil salesman trying to con you into adding things on you don’t need. They give you an honest overview of things, let you know the span of how long you have until you need to get something changed (like a filter or tire rotation) and are incredibly respectful about it whereas other places I’ve been before in the past ... read more
