Very polite and professional
This visit went pretty good. The technician found three defects. A very dirty cabin air filter, license plate bulb not working and rear wiper worn. I replaced all three. This technician and the crew were very professional. Unfortunately, this standard of service is not always the case at other VIOC stores.
