Tried another location.... Horrible with time not worth it. Took almost an hour to just get a oil change! 6 people went prior to me when I was next in line. Don't go here if yu can help it!
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I have been going to this specific location for YEARS!!!! I got my oil changed per usual in June and for months smelled a burning smell. Finally it started hurling white smoke out of the hood. I took it to a mechanic that informed me that whoever did my last oil change must have SPILLED oil all over my engine. I was VERY polite with their team while addressing this issue. Instead, they dismissed me completely saying “our video footage doesnt show a spill” Um?? But what about the ... read more
