Kevin and Damien were AWESOME!! They both explained everything and were very patient with me, which I appreciated so much! I had gotten an oil change at Firestone in Towson (0/1000000, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND) about six months ago and came to this Valvoline because I was due for another one-Damien explained to me that “what probably what happened” at Firestone was that someone removed the oil filter cap (it shouldn’t have been removed), removed the spring inside (might have been lost), and didn’t tell me about it! I was happy to finally take time to get my oul changed. The employees were great. Joseph was the main person I dealt with. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and professional as well. I hope when I got back again they have promoted Joseph to manager. While I was there several employees came to Joseph's for help and questions needing to be answered. If you are short on time and need an oil change go to Owings Mills. There crew was great.
The process was so quick and easy especially on a Saturday morning.
