Daughter came in for an oil change. Was pushed to have a transmission fluid replacement up-service as they told her she needed, which she did not. Valvoline is known for the fact that management gets bonuses based on up-service sales. Absolutely ridiculous to take advantage of people that don’t know any better. DO BETTER
Prior to my oil change at the Owings Mills location, my check engine light was not on. After my oil change, my check engine light came on. Went back to this location, the staff ran a scan, after which the check engine light went out. I was informed, the the check engine comes on again, go see a mechanic. I questioned the staff as to why the check engine light came on after the oil change and received no reasonable answer from the staff member.
You stay in the car. It was expensive. I wish I had ppl to go all those servi es for.cheaper but I dont
I went to this service center everyone there was great ,friendly and knowledgeable , i had my car first the was so respectful and went home got my truck and got an oil change for that also ,these men and women was totally amazing p
