the technicians were very knowledgeable, took the time to explain to me even though they were very busy. highly recommend Valvoline and in particular this location on Veterans Hwy in Millersville MD.
I asked for regular oil....as I always do, and after the oil change I was told they only had synthetic.... I was originally being charged $56 then it changed to $94. I was told it was their mistake, but I paid for it. I had been going to them for years Update: Manager Ms. Cheala called me and was so sweet....stated that's not how we work. She apologized and refunded the mistake. I will continue to go to here....as long as the Ms. Cheala is Manager. Thank you so much!
