Went for an oil change and the guy told me i required the $99 oil change so I went to their website for a coupon and the guy told me the coupon was for Virginia. But he would give me a 10% off which he didn't. Then he kept telling me my debit card wasn't going through, which i had just left my bank and I know I had the funds for it. Change is always a headache, but not at Valvoline off of Knoxville. Not only did Ronnie take care of me and another car beside me and a problem with a car not having something tightened all the way, which is a common thing that happens whenever you drive away from an oil place, the plug sometimes needs a little more tightening after it hits the road.
