Used to love this place, but last time I went they said they would only use 30 weight for foreign cars. They also didn't reattach the skidplate on bottom of my renegade. There was no reason to even have it off. They said they put air in tires and didn't. The young woman working said her manager was gone and didn't know what to do about oil so I had to go to Take 5 and seems will from now on.

Amazing service at Valvoline! Jayden was awesome—super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell, and had me in and out really quickly. I appreciated being able to stay in my car the whole time and still feel confident the job was done right. Jayden made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location—especially if you get Jayden!
if I could give 0 stars I would. the woman Kati was rude and unprofessional. she has no business working with the general public. because of her I will not be using any valvoline ever again, and ill advise my friends and family to do the same.
