Helpful staff - quick service!
I went for an oil change. I was told I would need to come back at 3:30 because the two people working were going on break. It was like 2:50. I went to run another errand and came back at 3:45. There were two other cars waiting and the people working were just sitting inside trying to look busy. After another 10 minutes now it’s almost 4:00 I decided that Valveoline just didn’t want my business or money today so I drove off to the new Jiffy Lube next to Target. For the record. All 3 bays empty, waited 15 minutes and didn't see a soul. First time trying this place out, I just turned around and went to Big Rays. At least they want my business and they use Valvoline oil lol.
The guys working this morning were quick, asked before replacing air filter, usually it’s changed and charged before asking.
