Worsted quick lube in Greenwood. They will not receive another dollar from me. Sat in line with 1 car in front of me and I sat for 1 hour before I reversed out.
They were nice. They even found a discount for me. However they overfilled my oil endangering my car’s engine. (Can cause serious damage if not addressed) And dismissed my concerns when i pointed out a typo in their mileage sticker. Thankfully another location was happy to help fix things quickly. (If you have the option I would recommend going to the Carmel location)
New post update, after a year and some change. I decided to stop by for a oil change and light bulb replacement. The gentleman here were outstanding tonight. For closing they still took their time and still decided to take last min arrivals. I believe Peter was my CSR, hopefully it was his name but he alone made me want to give 5 stars for this 1 visit after a nightmare of events last year.
