After waiting 30 min, I'm told they can't replace only 1 windshield wiper, but have to do both. Ok, fine. But then they won't replace my headlight? Maybe some communication with those waiting in line to save your customers time? Choosing a local business for these needs now.

Was there when they open but no one was there to even open. Someone finally showed up at 8:05 (in their pj's.....) and I wait 15 min and no one came to even talk to me. Ill never go to a valvoline again. Every experience gets worse. Go to take 5
