As soon as I pulled up, I was told there would be a 40-minute wait because only three employees were working. However, only two cars were being serviced across four lanes. What stood out the most was the lack of basic customer service, no greeting, no acknowledgment, no smile, and no positive attitude. Had a transmission flush done on a 2013 Nissan Sentra went to this oil change place, not knowing what to expect but the professionalism out of the manager and the mechanic impressed me very much that I would recommend this place in Valrico Florida to everyone don’t go to Jiffy Lube. Don’t go to Firestone come here where you get quality service and quality work. Friendly app is atmosphere no lines no way highly recommend them.
I’ve gotten my oil changed here many times and I’ve never really had an issue, never think much of it. my most recent experience was disappointing. I asked them when I arrived to change my oil, refill my wiper fluid and top off the air in my tires. at the end of my experience I asked once again did you fill my wiper fluid and top off the air?
